Dusk and Dawn

Dusk and Dawn is a premium Zendesk Help Center theme built for teams who care about design. Inspired by editorial and portfolio aesthetics, it combines large serif typography with warm neutral tones and generous whitespace to create a help center that feels intentional and refined. Every visual detail is customizable directly from the Theme Settings panel, no code required. For teams who want to go further, the clean Curlybars templates and well-organized CSS make deeper customization straightforward. Built on Zendesk Guide API v4.

The hero section offers three layout options - Stacked, Split, and Centered - letting you choose how the greeting and search interact visually. The greeting text is fully editable in both lines, so your help center opens with your voice, in any language. A background image option adds brand personality without sacrificing legibility.

A configurable row of pill-shaped search shortcuts sits below the search bar. Customize the label and up to three clickable terms that trigger a search instantly, reducing friction for your most common support requests.

Up to six fully customizable feature cards sit on the home page, each with a selectable icon, a free-text title, and a configurable destination link. Cards 1 and 2 are always visible. Cards 3 through 6 are activated individually by checkbox, so you start clean and expand as needed.

The category grid automatically adapts its column count based on how many categories you have. A manual override lets you lock to 2, 3, or 4 columns if you prefer a fixed layout.

Article pages offer a clean reading experience with optional sidebar navigation, related articles, recently viewed content, and a voting module. Author attribution, comments, and sharing are all individually toggleable.

The footer is dark with your logo, a custom tagline, a call-to-action button, and two independently configurable link columns each with a heading and up to four links enabled by checkbox. Six curated heading font options and five body font options are available. Twelve individually configurable color tokens cover every surface including background, cards, text, borders, links, accents, and footer.
