Universal Toolkit by LEAFWORKS (Support)

Universal Toolkit by LEAFWORKS combines seven specialized apps designed to simplify and structure your support processes, without additional interfaces, directly within your existing Zendesk instance. As part of this package, you get Side Tickets Premium, Attachments Manager, Deeplinks Plus, Conditional Fields, Ticket Manager Plus, Related tickets, and Alert Wrong User; all of which are available independently in the Zendesk Marketplace.

MICOCO App by INSPITEC (Support)

MIDOCO App by INSPITEC automatically provides all relevant customer and booking data from MIDOCO when opening or creating a ticket – no system switch or manual data search required. Whether via email, phone, or chat – based on the contact information in the ticket, a live search is performed in MIDOCO. A clear overview of the customer profile is returned, all bookings, and all associated travel orders – with detailed information on bookings such as package tours, flights, hotels, insurance, car rentals, and more. Tickets can be linked or unlinked to a customer or booking at the click of a button, including a direct jump into MIDOCO for detailed processing.

Auto Merge 2025 (Support)

Auto Merge 2025 automatically detects and solves duplicate tickets across all channels according to your business logic. For example, if a customer submits the same request twice through your web portal and once by WhatsApp, the three requests will result in only one ticket.

ShippingBo Connector by Volvox (Support)
