When an agent mentions a teammate in Zendesk, the notification usually arrives by email - where it can easily get buried or missed.
ZenMention delivers every @mention directly to the mentioned agent's personal Slack, helping your team respond faster and collaborate without constantly checking Zendesk.
Everything they need to respond
Each Slack notification includes the Zendesk ticket link, comment text, sender's name, inline images, and file attachments - giving the mentioned teammate the context they need without searching through their inbox.

Simple, personal notifications
Each agent connects their Slack account once using Slack OAuth. Future Zendesk mentions are then automatically delivered as personal Slack messages, without adding noise to shared channels.
Data Handling & Privacy
ZenMention processes only the information required to deliver each notification to Slack. ZenAppsFactory does not store your ticket content or attachments.

Como instalar
- Install ZenMention.
- Open the app settings and click OAuth to connect your Slack account. Your Slack workspace must allow app installations, so you may need to be a Slack Workspace Admin or ask your Slack administrator to complete this step.
- Refresh Zendesk.
That's it. Mention a teammate in a Zendesk comment - for example, @danny - and the comment will be delivered directly to their Slack, including its images and attachments.
Each agent who wants to receive notifications must connect their own Slack account.
