Data accessed
VeriDraft runs as a secure sidebar app inside your Zendesk agent workspace and reads only the ticket content an agent chooses to draft a reply for. It authenticates with a VeriDraft API key that is stored securely by Zendesk and never exposed to agents, and requests are sent through Zendesk's secure proxy. Customer ticket content is automatically scanned to redact personally identifiable information before it is sent for drafting, is processed on demand to generate the requested reply, and is never used to train any AI model — and the third-party model provider does not train on data sent through its API.

VeriDraft installs as a sidebar app inside your Zendesk agent workspace.
Create your VeriDraft account at https://veridraft.co (14-day free trial, no credit card required).
- In VeriDraft, open Zendesk & API Keys and generate an API key.
- Install the VeriDraft app in Zendesk and paste the key into the VeriDraft API Key field — it is stored securely by Zendesk and never exposed to agents.
Upload your policy documents, then open any ticket and use the VeriDraft sidebar to generate a cited, ready-to-send reply.
