Paste an article link (or search the knowledge base) and get a PDF with only the article content — title, update date, source link and page numbers — without the Help Center header, menus, sidebars or comments. Works with restricted articles the agent can access and multiple locales.
Data access: the app reads Help Center articles (title, body, locale, update date and URL) through the Zendesk Help Center API, using the signed-in agent's own permissions, only to build the PDF in the agent's browser. No data is stored, sent to third-party servers or shared outside Zendesk.

After installing, set your company name and logo URL (optional). Open the app from the left navigation bar or the ticket sidebar.
