Dynamic Content Manager

Dynamic Content Manager replaces the tedious native Dynamic Content workflow with a single, fast, full-page workspace. Built for admins and CX teams managing multilingual Zendesk instances.

Setup — install the app and open Dynamic Content Manager from the Support navigation bar. No configuration, no external services: the app talks only to your own Zendesk instance using your admin session.

Data and privacy

Data accessed: Dynamic Content items and their variants, your instance's locales, and (only when you run a usage scan) macros, triggers, automations, views, ticket fields, ticket forms, custom ticket statuses, and user and organization fields. The app reads these only to show your Dynamic Content, check translation health, and find where each item is used.

Data changed: the app creates, updates or deletes Dynamic Content items and variants only when you do so in the app, including CSV imports you confirm.

Data stored: the item type tags you assign, saved as one Dynamic Content item in your own Zendesk ("[DC Manager] Metadata - do not delete"). Nothing is stored in your browser. CSV exports are downloaded only to your own computer.

Data shared: none. The app runs entirely in your browser and talks only to your own Zendesk instance, using your signed-in session. No data is sent to Gravity CX or any third party, and the app uses no analytics, tracking or AI services.
