The person reading is often stressed, unwell, or helping someone who is, so the design answers with calm: a healing green palette, soft rounded type, warm space, and pages that never feel clinical or cold.

Healthcare help centers serve every age and every comfort level with technology. Care keeps text large and legible, actions obvious, and reading paths short. Every text and interactive color passes WCAG AA contrast, focus states are visible for keyboard navigation, and the layout stays usable on any device, because the person searching at 2am is usually on a phone.

Private by default.

All fonts are bundled and self-hosted, so no visitor data leaves your help center for a third-party font service. The theme makes no external network requests of its own.

Answer-first by design.

Article pages lead with the content, not the chrome. Titles read as plain-language questions, related articles keep readers moving, and the layout works as well for a quick billing answer as a step-by-step portal guide. Care is built on the principle that a help center now serves three readers: your patients, your staff, and your AI, and all three want the answer first.

Care's standard license is free: install it, customize everything in Theming Center, and receive updates. It includes a small "Powered by Artica" link in the footer.

The developer license adds full code access and export, so your team can extend the theme however you like, including removing the footer attribution.
