Relay is built around persistent sidebar navigation. Every category and section stays visible and expandable while customers browse, so the questions telecom support gets asked most, plans and billing, coverage and network, devices and SIM, outages and troubleshooting, are always one click away instead of a trip back to the home page. Pages stay light and fast, because these questions usually get asked from a phone on a bad connection.
